Once a property settles Property Data and a number of other providers receive the transaction information including the price from Land Use Victoria under a commercial arrangement. Property sales price information is not classified as private or personal information in Victoria .
Should the vendor or purchaser of a property have evidence of a court order supporting suppression of this information they can contact LANDATA® at Landata.enquiries@servictoria.com.au for consideration. Should a price be suppressed LANDATA® will communicate this to all providers to remove the price from the public domain.
Alternatively the vendor/purchaser/agent is advised to contact individual providers/websites to make their case for the price to be suppressed. To request this for Property Data please reach out to us at support@propertydata.com.au
